i <3 the internets
WE ARE THE WEB - internet famous people (Tronguy, Robin Hood) speaking out about Net Neutrality. Freaking genius.
Go past the music video.
Check out the testimonials, it puts a very interesting face on the characters we've come to know/love/hate from the furthest reaches of net space. I never thought I'd hear about their lives, hear them speak and not judge them by the images we've been passing off as a terrible joke for years.
I keep telling Z that the Internet is a great community - a great wealth of information that I want to add to in every way possible. This blog is a part of that - I'm sharing my story to everyone and anyone - random surfers to family/friends - as a voyeuristic offering that is so personal that it cannot be duplicated. I love that people around the world, for whatever reason, be it for attention or otherwise, give us a glimpse into their personal lives on the net.
You don't have to sell Girl Scout cookies door to door to see what's inside my house.
The door is already open.
